Project Management Assistant - Subcontracting (m/f)

In this organizational and administrative challenging function you will be supporting our project and process management team and are furthermore facilitating the coordination of our external development partners.

Your Tasks

  • Contribute to project planning and controlling – definition, collection and analysis of KPIs, collection of project metrics
  • Coordinate assignments of subcontracting activities – subcontractor evaluation, selection, preparation of offers and purchase requests, make or buy decisions etc.
  • Collect, consolidate, review and gather approval for subcontractors´ monthly effort records
  • Act as an interface between subcontracting partners and internal departments
  • Propose process improvements and steer the implementation and communication of such changes
  • Supporting the department head in organizational and administrative tasks like creating department reports, organization of meetings, writing newsletters, etc.

Your Profile

  • Relevant commercial education (Matura, FH, University, etc.)
  • Min. 2 years of experience in the fields of project/process management and/or subcontracting management
  • Proactive, detail- and result-oriented way of working
  • High degree of self-organization and process-orientation
  • Good technical understanding, analytical mindset
  • Teamplayer with high self-motivation
  • Reliable and flexible attitude
  • Proficient use of MS Office and common PM tools
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of English

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe); we provide a minimum salary of 38,000.- gross per year. Naturally, we offer overpayments based on your previous experience and qualifications.
