Global Operations Coordinator (m/f)

Due to our sustainable growth we are looking for an experienced Global Operations Coordinator (m/f) in order to manage and support our worldwide growth strategy and expansion. In this function you will you will partner with and coordinate the international operations teams and all corporate function teams to drive and support the set-up of new locations/subsidiaries, implementation and execution of corporate processes as well as develop international business strategies.

Your Tasks

  • Handling of all operational, legal and financial topics (in alignment with the respective departments) with respect to subsidiaries and affiliates
  • Set-up, documentation and ongoing improvement of all operational processes in connection with the global operations department
  • Development, review and challenge of business plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Organization, preparation and documentation of all shareholder meetings and/or quarterly meetings 
  • Support in the development and execution of the internationalization strategy and overall inorganic growth strategy, including landscape analysis and target identification
  • Support in execution of M&A projects and integration/liaison process;
  • Responsible for day-to-day project management and internal communication

Your Profile

  • University degree - preferred in Economics or Finance or equivalent with focus on corporate finance, controlling, business or organizational management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, management consulting, strategy or related experience
  • Experience in automotive or technology industry would be an advantage 
  • A pragmatic & collaborative project management approach which delivers results even under pressure 
  • Solid knowledge in the field of Business Management combined with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated passion, skills and ability to network in large, cross-functional, diverse and global teams, including global top management 
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations
  • Team player with a flexible, self-driven working attitude
  • Very good German and English proficiency

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 45,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
