Quality Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a quality manager who drives quality process implementation, best practice exchange and continual improvement within all TTTech-organizational units. In this role you will ensure the highest level of quality and security within all processes.

Your Tasks

  • Drive and coordinate improvement activities, track status of improvement measures
  • Continual improvement of processes owned by the Quality department
  • Support other process owners in further development of the processes in their responsibility
  • Support in planning internal and external audits, perform audits as auditor
  • Support global initiatives within the TTTech group, coordinate international activities
  • Answer questionnaires related to TTTech’s Integrated Management System

Your Profile

  • Bachelor- or Master degree in technical (FH, TU) or economic studies
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Quality Manager, ideally certified Quality Manager
  • Experience in assessments, audits & certifications and process management
  • Profound knowledge of ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26000 of advantage
  • Experience in Software Development, including agile development would be beneficial
  • Proactivity, flexibility, commitment
  • Quality spirit, accuracy, perseverance
  • Very good command of German and English

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 45,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
