Release Train Engineer (m/f/d)

Due to our sustainable growth we are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer. In this high profiled position, you are responsible for optimal value delivery of one of our Agile Release Trains in our Product Development department. You manage and communicate risks on program level and foster an agile mindset within TTTech AUTO. Your excellent communication skills and open personality helps to drive relentless improvements within our organization.

Your Tasks

  • Align strategy, vision and content of upcoming Program Increments with Business Owners, Product Manage-ment and our Development Teams
  • Plan and execute all program level events (PI Planning, I&A Workshop, System Demo, Scrum of Scrum, Program Backlog Refinement)
  • Remove impediments and blockers on program level
  • Optimize program execution and the flow of value delivery
  • Deliver a set of predefined metrics and performance indicators on program level
  • Facilitate the use of same practices and methods within different ARTs
  • Connect to our internal agile community and help to strengthen the agile mindset
  • Synchronize with other ARTs for optimal value delivery to our customers

Your Profile

  • Practical experience as a Scrum Master is a must
  • At least 1 year of experience in working in an agile organization
  • Experience in scaled agile frameworks like SAFe or less is beneficial
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with demonstrated quantitative ability
  • Basic knowledge in functional safety is beneficial
  • Excellent command of English, German is an advantage
  • Embedded software development knowledge and/ or automotive software development knowledge (ASPICE, V-Model, ISO26262) is an advantage

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 50,000. - Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
