Autonomous Driving Customer Programs

In this challenging role within Autonomous Driving Customer Programs you will be at the technical frontier of developing autonomous driving cars for series production. As we trust in the competences of our employees, you as a Project Manager with affinity for development & organisational processes will be leading a team of professionals, reaching our ambitious development goals and satisfying our valued customers and partner companies.

Your Tasks

  • Scrum Master for team of software developers delivering features for ADAS and AD (Autonomous Driving)
  • Understanding complex feature requirements, split them into tasks, allocate and support  developer
  • Interface to customer for detailed technical clarifications at core engineering and software design levels
  • Advance planning with customer for sprints including estimation and streamlining of work package
  • Monitoring backlogs, mentoring verification via TDD (Test Driven Development) and Validation as per ISO 26262
  • Reporting to customer and senior management for budget,  implementation metrics and KPIs

Your Profile

  • University degree in a technical field of study - preferably electrical/electronics, instrumentation or computer science
  • Experience in leading Software development teams using C++ in a SCRUM/Agile process
  • Experience in DevOps for large teams ideally in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of UML, Object Oriented design and Unit Testing
  • Knowledge of ADAS systems, MATLAB modelling, GenIVI and Linux/QNX is an advantage
  • Knowledge in automotive quality- and safety- standards (ASPICE, ISO26262)
  • Excellent command of German and English
