Team Leader Project Management Office (m/f)

Your Tasks

  • Lead the Project Management Office (Platform for strategic decisions in regards of Project Management)
  • Support and coordinate Project Managers in crucial project phases
  • Provide and maintain project management tools in regards of operational needs
  • Execute and analyze the results of Project Audits
  • Support the project managers during the product life cycle process including project plans, preparation of decisions, regular controlling and tracking of project objectives
  • Support the role of project management regarding effective and successful product launches and customer projects
  • Provide useful financial metrics for decision making, define adequate KPIs
  • Develop best practice procedures and well defined and functioning processes and tooling for project management
  • Take responsibility for all processes, handbooks and tools involved in the product management process

Your Profile

  • Technical education/background (HTL, FH, TU)
  • Good technical understanding, especially of networking technologies, products and standards
  • Experience in Project and Subcontracting Management
  • Good understanding of JIRA
  • Knowledge of project management methods, preferable knowledge in agile methods
  • Good process and quality assurance knowledge
  • Result-oriented, business-minded
  • Improvement attitude
  • Well organized and structured attitude to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • German and English language on a negotiable level

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 50,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
