Training Expert (m/f/d) - full or part-time (20 h/week)

Due to our sustainable growth we are looking for an experienced person in the area of training and e-learning. At TTTech, we value individual development and believe in our teams. To live up to that value, we created the TTTech Academy for our employees and we have ambitious plans to further develop it with an outstanding international offer (face-to-face and e-learning). In this newly created function you will manage the digitalization and internationalization of TTTech Academy, work on operative tasks and coordinate the administration.

Your Tasks

  • Training management: further development of TTTech Academy, strategic planning, training design and training offer, contact person for and mentoring of internal trainers, managing and tracking the overall training budget
  • Digitalization: implementation of a digital training administration, implementation of a group-wide e-learning platform, contact person and key user for e-learning
  • Training administration: coordination of the training administration, in case of any questions first point of contact for Training Administrator, operative tasks to ensure high quality services
  • Process responsibility: ownership for the whole process from training need to evaluation, process enhancements, preparation for quality audits
  • Further projects in the area of Learning & Development, e.g. global mobility program, talent program, Project Management Curriculum, employee survey

Your Profile

  • University degree (business informatic, business administration or similar)
  • Experience in the field of personnel development
  • first experience in e-learning of advantage
  • Excellent skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of programming is of advantage
  • Enthusiastic about new technologies and working with data and tools
  • Passion for learning and agile way of working
  • Openness to new ideas, communicative personality and a strong ability to put ideas into action are among your strengths
  • Fluent in English and German

Join us and your day-to-day actions will lead to  digitization, transparency and a visible impact on our vision. 
Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 38,000.- Euro gross per year based on full-time employment. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
