AUTOSAR Embedded Software Developers (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Working on series projects within the areas of automated driving, vehicle dynamics and electric drive functions
  • Develop and configure AUTOSAR embedded software to support time- and event- triggered vehicle bus communication such as CAN, FlexRay, SOME/IP
  • Focus on safety critical real time systems based on high-end SoCs, microcontrollers, communication interfaces and state-of-the-art operating systems including Linux
  • Taking over responsibilities along the whole software lifecycle, e.g. specification, design, development, testing and integration of highly advanced embedded software
  • Sharing and broadening your knowledge and experiences within your team, providing guidance for software projects and creating new ideas together
  • Be part of an agile software development team following the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology

Your Profile

  • Profound education in a relevant field of study -preferably with reference to computer science
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in automotive embedded systems
  • Very good knowledge of embedded C and Python scripting related to vehicle buses: CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet
  • Experience with Vector tools (e.g. VectorCAST, CANoe/CAPL scripting, DaVinci Configurator/Developer)
  • Proficiency in SW validation (MISRA, QAC, HIS metrics, code coverage/unit testing)
  • Knowledge about the Autosar OS is a plus
  • Experience with safety related SW development (e.g. IEC61508, ISO 26262) in an agile environment (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe) is a plus
  • Motivated and committed team player with solution-oriented working style and curiosity for innovation
  • Solid English language skills

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 40,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
