Agile Transformation Coach (m/f/d)

In this challenging function you are one of the key players for driving the agile transformation within our company. You are advising and coaching the line management in lean agile leadership. You are in close collaboration with Release Train Engineers and Scrum Teams to drive and optimize value delivery to our customers. Bases on your knowledge you will conduct trainings and implement Lean-Agile focus meetings.

Your Tasks

  • Further enhance together with our experts our agile setup to meet the needs for developing safety critical control platforms
  • Coaching of line management in lean agile leadership and lean agile mindset
  • Participate in critical, initial events such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Inspect and Adapt Workshops and System Demos
  • Conduct or source trainings for executives, managers and leaders, development teams, and agile roles in collaboration with HR
  • Identify Value Streams and help to define and launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  • Foster SAFe Communities of Practice (CoPs), Coordinate the CoP for SAFe
  • Connect with internal and external agile communities
  • Drive the lean agile center of competence within our organization

Your Profile

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in working in an agile organization
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in scaled agile frameworks like SAFe or less
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with demonstrated quantitative ability
  • ability to inspire people on new and better ways of collaboration and alignment
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or higher certification is beneficial
  • Knowledge in (automotive) embedded software development is beneficial
  • Excellent command of English, German is an advantage

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of € 55.000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
