Director DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering (m/f/d)

In this highly challenging and interesting position, you will be responsible for providing and continuously improving our internal development landscape as well as our global Atlassian tool-chain (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence etc.) to support efficient and effective processes. You and your teams will work closely with the internal IT Operations as well as Product Development stakeholders of the TTTech Group.

Your Tasks

  • Ensuring smooth operation of the DevOps & Technical Documentation department
  • Technical responsibility for DevOps and Site Reliability as well as Technical Documentation initiatives
  • Continuous improvement of development infrastructure services, systems, tools, documentation and processes
  • Plan, execute, communicate and control an effective and efficient development applications and tools architecture/landscape
  • Proactive management and continuous improvement of interfaces to supporting departments (e.g. IT)
  • Align priorities on a regular basis with all Business Units (portfolio management)
  • Stakeholder management on board level
  • Asset management for all assets related to DevOps, Site Reliability and Technical Documentation services

Your Profile

  • Completed studies with a strong IT-related qualification
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
  • Expertise in DevOps and/or Site Reliability operations of business-critical and highly available environments
  • Experience in leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Project management experience combined with assertiveness and target orientation
  • Customer and service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven work style and hands-on mentality
  • Very good English skills, knowledge of German language would be a plus

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe). We remunerate your performance with a minimum salary of 80,000.- Euro gross per year. We offer an overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
