Growth Manager – TTTech Japan (m/f/d)

In this function you will play a key role and with your know-how in human resources and business administration you will support the local organization in their growth strategy.
Consequently, this role requires someone who is highly motivated combining human resources knowledge with commercial understanding, quantitative skills, and excellent team member skills.

Your Tasks

  • Understand and execute the overall growth strategy of TTTech Japan in the field of HR and organization, focusing on steady and consistent growth and profit targets
  • Support and execute hiring of new staffs in-line with the growth targets and observing budget requirements
  • Establish and further develop compensation package as necessary for the growth
  • Support the HR life-cycle of employees, from employer branding, hiring, until offboarding
  • Providing strong support for TTTech Japan Management, managing the growth of TTTech Japan and eventually taking over a leadership position
  • Financial reporting, in alignment with HQ Finance, TTTech´s Business Units and Japan Management
  • Support leadership and personnel development
  • Facility management as becomes necessary for the growth (e.g new premises)
  • Strongly and frequently interface with HQ Vienna, Europe

Your Profile

  • University degree in business/economics, with focus on HR management or Finance
  • At least 7 years of work experience in experienced HR and/or Finance, Commercial Function
  • Experience and know-how with processes, organizational development, restructuring and growth
  • Working experience at IT, Software or start-up company with dynamic growth is a plus
  • Know-how about HR-core processes, HR tools and hiring strategies, knowledgeable in business administration and finance
  • Ready to work and basic understanding in the field of high-tech and global business environment
  • Strong and dynamic personality with hands-on mentality and leadership qualities
  • International experience (Europe or US) is a plus
  • Strong commercial knowledge and mind-set
  • Team player with a communicative, empathic and enthusiastic personality who can motivate people
  • High commitment to quality
  • Japanese and very good English skills (TOEIC score higher than 600 is required)
  • Strong intercultural understanding, ready to closely cooperate with HQ in Europe
  • Ready to travel up to 10 or 20 %
