Key Account Manager – Off Highway Vehicles (m/f/d)

Become a "Deal Maker" and make a crucial contribution to acquiring new accounts for the further expansion of our market position on an international level. You have passion for technology, a commercial understanding and strategic thinking. You get excited about your job and are willing to push yourself. Our strong cooperation with the Hydac sales companies in over 50 countries provides you with countless opportunities to demonstrate your excellent negotiation and strong networking skills.

Your Tasks

  • Identify strategically relevant accounts and decision-makers on the customer side
  • Creating acquisition plans for new customers
  • Forming customer relationships and obtaining accounts
  • Coordinating and concluding long-term contracts in cooperation with internal departments (Legal, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain)
  • Regular maintenance of forecasts and market analysis   
  • Customer care of existing global accounts and strengthening of customer relations

Your Profile

  • University degree in a technical (e.g. electrical engineering/computer science) or economic field of study
  • Several years of experience in technical sales for key accounts including pricing
  • Know-how in the off-highway field for mobile construction and agricultural machinery is beneficial
  • High level of customer and market orientation
  • Flexibility, self-motivation and a proactive attitude
  • High willingness to travel
  • Very good command of English and German, French is an advantage

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 50.000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
