Quality Assurance Manager – Automotive (m/f/d)

Seize the opportunity for development opportunities and a diversified task portfolio by contributing to shaping the future of the Automotive industry as Quality Assurance Manager, taking responsibility for assuring that the quality of our cutting-edge innovative products meets the requirements of customers and state-of-the-art standards. TTTech Automotive is providing solutions for automated driving and beyond, working with leading international automotive OEMs and Tier 1s. With your expertise and passion in quality assurance management, you will not only contribute to the autonomous world but also shape future technologies in safety critical markets at TTTech Group.

Your Tasks

  • Define quality plans and perform respective tasks in embedded software R&D projects
  • Solution-oriented support of project teams to effectively and efficiently ensure achievement of quality targets and compliance with methodologies such as ASPICE
  • Drive, coordinate and monitor quality-related activities
  • Quality assurance of project activities and artifacts including project audits, documentation and reporting
  • Interface for quality-relevant aspects to customers, including review and negotiation of quality-related contractual aspects, support of customer audits, customer reporting and claim management

Your Profile

  • Technical education (M.Sc.) with focus on software
  • Several years of experience and profound knowledge of embedded software development, preferably in safety- and security-critical environments
  • Profound knowledge in coding guidelines, secure and safe coding, code reviews, code analysis and related tools
  • Profound experience in applying ASPICE methodologies in embedded software projects
  • Experience as quality technician / manager
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262 and agile development methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to manage and pursue a portfolio of various and changing tasks
  • Communicative personality who appreciates to work in an international environment
  • Proactivity, flexibility, solution-orientation
  • Accuracy, ability to assert yourself and perseverance
  • Very good command of English language, German is a plus

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe). We remunerate your performance with a minimum salary of 53,000.- Euro gross per year. We offer an overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
