Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Seize the opportunity for personal development and a diversified task portfolio, contributing to the further evolution of the quality and process management system of the TTTech Group, a fast-growing high-tech company. In this role you will be part of an international team, driving and supporting regular quality activities as well as improvement programs on organizational level.

Your Tasks

  • Drive and coordinate improvement activities, track status of improvement measures
  • Continual improvement of processes owned by the Quality department
  • Support other process owners in further development of the processes in their responsibility
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, perform audits as auditor
  • Support global initiatives within the TTTech group, coordinate international activities
  • Maintain and further develop the company’s process KPI system
  • Answer questionnaires related to TTTech’s Integrated Management System

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in technical (FH, TU) studies
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Quality Manager, ideally certified Quality Manager
  • Experience in assessments, audits & certifications and process management
  • Profound knowledge of ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26000 of advantage
  • Experience in working in a dynamic technology R&D environment would be beneficial
  • Experience in Software Development, including agile development would be beneficial

  • Very good command of German and English

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 48,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
