TTControl, a joint venture company of TTTech and HYDAC International with locations in Vienna and Brixen, is one of the leading suppliers in the field of safety controls, displays and connectivity solutions. Sales Director (m/f/d)

In this function, you take over the lead for sales- and profits-responsibility of all sales activities within the company. Due to your strong entrepreneurial thinking, your high solution orientation and your ability to think outside the box, you shape the organization on its growth path and ensure the profitable growth of TTControl.

Your Tasks

  • Strategic planning of sales activities with the shareholder of the joint ventures and further development of the sales department organization based on strategic objects
  • Responsibility over the whole sales processes and the coordination of sales activities
  • Integration and networking in the Hydac sales department as well as representation of TTControl’s interests within the Hydac alliance
  • Permanent market and competition monitoring
  • Responsibility for the budget in accordance with the shareholder
  • Understanding and consideration of current and future customer requirements as well as communicating our value propositions
  • Maintain contacts and customer relationships on the decision maker level
  • Leading, motivation and development of the employees
  • Regular internal reporting of all sales activities

Your Profile

  • University degree in a technical field or business studies
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the sales department with personnel responsibility, experienced in the software/electronics in the field of special vehicles or industry automation
  • Understanding of system engineering in the field of mobile machines
  • Conception of business models in the field of system electronics
  • Committed and motivated team leader with strong leadership and management expertise
  • Very good communication and cooperation skills, creative drive and assertiveness
  • Extraordinary commitment with high initiative, flexibility and resilience
  • High degree of customer orientation, negotiation skills and diplomacy
  • Fluent in English and German
  • High willingness to travel (predominantly within Europe)

The “Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Metallgewerbes” (Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade) is applicable. For the above position we offer a minimum gross salary of 70,000.- Euro per year. An overpayment is determined in accordance with your individual qualification and relevant professional experience.
