Group Strategic Product Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced product manager, who drives the definition and establishment of world-class product management processes throughout the TTTech Group.  In this role, you will interact with different entity product management teams and drive the continuous improvement of our product management processes, tools, and methods. Strategic product management in the different group entities acts as a bidirectional interface between the market and our software and hardware development teams across several product lines. Product managers are responsible for the market potential assessment, product roadmap definition, and go-to-market support for their respective products.

Your Tasks

  • Own and perform product management leadership meetings to identify and prioritize improvement areas
  • Design, optimize, and implement harmonized group-wide product management processes
  • Further development of modern tool landscape and group-wide methods for product management (e.g. business cases)
  • Establish a uniform information (e.g. material master data / material hierarchy) and reporting system for group-wide product management
  • Support onboarding of new product managers throughout the TTTech Group
  • Create training concepts and conduct of training in product management

Your Profile

  • Completed business and/or technical education (FH, University, etc.)
  • Min. 5 -10 years of experience in managing the complete lifecycle of complex technical products (software / hardware / chip)
  • Strong internal networking skills with outstanding project management capabilities
  • Ideally certification/training in product management
  • Experience in the development and implementation of business processes
  • Proactive, independent, and result-oriented work style
  • Team player with high self-motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe). We remunerate your performance with a minimum salary of 65,000.- Euro gross per year. We offer an overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
