Senior Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Seize the opportunity for personal development and a diversified task portfolio, contributing to the further evolution of the quality and process management system of the TTTech Group, a fast-growing high-tech company. In this role you will be part of an international team, driving and supporting regular quality activities as well as improvement programs on organizational level.

Your Tasks

  • Drive and coordinate further development and harmonization of procedures and methodologies (cross-sector and group-wide)
  • Support global initiatives within the TTTech group, coordinate international activities
  • Continually improve processes owned by the Quality department
  • Support other process owners (internationally) in further development of the processes in their responsibility
  • Support in aligning Quality-related topics with other stakeholders in the company
  • Audit organizational units and company's R&D sites
  • Support setup and monitor performance of projects from Quality perspective (company overview level)
  • Support and coordinate operative Quality activities in R&D projects
  • Answer questionnaires related to TTTech’s Integrated Management System and support TTTech bid team in preparing Quality related parts of offers
  • Support Head of Quality in administrative and ad-hoc tasks

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in technical (FH, TU) studies
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Quality Manager
  • Certification as Quality Manager or similar
  • Experience in managing and coordinating team activities, with or without hierarchical power
  • Experience in working in a dynamic technology R&D environment is preferred
  • Experience in assessments, audits & certifications and process management
  • Profound knowledge of ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100
  • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and methodologies such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ECSS, DO-178, DO-254 of advantage
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26000 of advantage
  • Pro-active, flexible and committed way of working
  • Solution-oriented and open-minded personality
  • Team player with a strong Quality spirit
  • Very good command of German and English

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe). We remunerate your performance with a minimum salary of 54,000.- Euro gross per year. We offer an overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
