Team Lead Sales Asia (m/f/d)

In this role you will be leading our Sales Team Asia. Together with your team, you will be responsible to ensure efficiency, effectivity and sustainability over the whole sales processes for the Asian Automotive Market. You are the first instance for decisions and escalations. Beside that you are the professional and trustful interface between TTTech Auto and our customer organizations. Your Tasks

  • Definition of team targets in alignment with company goals and financial targets to ensure the annual achievements.
  • Operative support of team members to ensure acquisition of new customers and new projects at existing customers in the Automotive sector, contract- and commercial negotiations
  • Close cooperation with our technical and commercial management team and joint responsibility for acquisition and execution
  • Short-term and long-term sales planning and forecasting as well as continuous, comprehensive internal reporting
  • Execution of defined agreed sales plans for the three Asian markets (China, Japan, Korea) in cooperation with local sales-/engineering teams
  • Close interaction with bid management during offer and negotiation phase
  • Strategic planning of sales activities, continuous business development based on market and competition monitoring as well as further development of the sales department
  • Regular presence in China, Japan, and Korea to support internal as well as customer meetings

Your Profile

  • Completed degree with a technical focus and/or commercial focus with strong technical understanding
  • Several years of experience in sales of large and complex B2B projects, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Affinity for the Automotive industry, electronics and/or hardware & software
  • Strong networker with outstanding professional communication skills to drive topics successfully along tight deadlines
  • High degree of customer-, service- and profitable sales orientation with high level of social and commercial competence
  • Proactive way of working, strong execution and self-motivation
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
  • Willingness to travel in Europe and Asia
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German and additional East-Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) are a plus
  • Experience with East-Asian culture is an advantage

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe). We remunerate your performance with a minimum salary of 65.000.- Euro gross per year. We offer an overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
