Team Leader Build and Configuration Management - Autonomous Driving (m/f)

In this function you will be leading a team of continuous integration and tools experts, which provides an efficient and stable continuous integration and release environment. This makes your team one of the central pillars for the development of our product MotionWise as well as the development of projects for customers in the field of autonomous driving. We are looking for a people manager, who defines his/her success through the success of your team and who fosters teamwork and development of individual team members.

Your Tasks

  • Lead and develop a team of continuous integration and tool development engineers according to the TTTech Leadership Principles
  • Define a strategy for the team and implement it including the recruitment of new team members, mentoring and fostering the existing team
  • Support your team with providing the continuous integration and continuous release environment for the development of platform software for autonomous driving control units
  • Ensure that your team provides and grows a stable and highly available foundation for development of products, customer projects and technological innovation
  • Close interaction with development teams on the one side and DevOps and IT on the other side
  • Value a good working atmosphere and motivate people
  • Share your experience and inspire people

Your Profile

  • University degree in a technical field of study (e.g. IT, Electronics, physics)
  • Good knowledge of embedded systems and the automotive sector
  • Experience with the development of automotive electronic control units is a plus
  • Experience with agile development frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, SCRUM, etc.) and continuous integration is beneficial
  • Profound knowledge of the continuous software build and release process
  • Solution orientation, analytical thinking and communication are among your strengths
  • Mindset is key: Process automation and providing reproducible results are at the core of your mindset
  • Self-aware personality with respect to personal strengths and development areas
  • English is a must, German is an advantage

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 50,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
