Teamleader Custom Software Development (m/f/d)

You will be leading a software development team within our Autonomous Driving Customer Programs group. Your team is engaged in protoype and series projects with safety requirements up to ASIL D. Your team is responsible for developing customer specific extensions of our product offering and new project specific features. You are a people manager, who defines his/her success through the success of your team and who fosters teamwork and development of the individual team members. Your team will work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation that is currently being established.

Your Tasks

  • Leading a software development team according to the TTTech Leadership Principles
  • Utilization, porting and adding custom specific features to existing product solution and libraries
  • SW-Development of new features in different automotive domains like e.g. diagnosis, SW-Update or communication
  • Ensuring high quality and compliance with internal development processes and applicable international standards
  • Recruiting and selecting new team members and ensuring training and development of each individual
  • Ensuring staffing of series projects
  • Acting as a pro-active interface to all teams and groups of the business unit and customers, ensuring good collaboration
  • Value a good working atmosphere and motivate people
  • Share your experience and inspire people

Your Profile

  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Profound embedded software development for heterogeneous computing environments
  • Experience with quality- and safety- standards (e.g., Automotive SPICE, ISO26262 or similar standards from other industries)
  • Knowledge of automotive software architectures and tools is an advantage
  • Experience with agile development frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, SCRUM, Kanban) and continuous integration is beneficial
  • Solution orientation, analytical thinking and communication are among your strengths
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Willingness for occasional business travel
  • English is a must, German is an advantage

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. The position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe) and we provide a minimum salary of 50,000.- Euro gross per year. Naturally, we offer an overpayment based on your previous experience and qualifications.
