Vice President Global Human Resources (m/f/d)

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the organization by acting as a sparring partner and coach for executives when it comes to people and performance management as well as change management. You will drive the organizational development efforts in accordance with the business strategy and act as cultural champion.

Your Tasks

  • Develop a global HR Strategy in alignment with the company's business growth and in close cooperation with the local HR Teams
  • Implementation and further development of the Global HR Operating Model
  • Responsible for Global HR Governance, KPIs and Reporting
  • Heading and developing the HR Organization 
  • Act as a role model for leadership, serve as a strategic sparring partner and coach for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Driving the culture and business transformation through leadership, team, and organizational interventions
  • Build positive, modern and results-oriented working environment
  • Close cooperation with Group Shared Services (recruiting, learning and development, leadership development, compensation, payroll)

Your Profile

  • University degree in a commercial field of study
  • Minimum of 15 years of working experience, at least 10 years working in a top global HR organizational development function, preferably in a high-growth and high-tech environment
  • Broad managerial experience with proven track record in global growth and change management
  • First knowledge in the field of software and automotive markets is of advantage
  • Passion for technology, corporate culture and people management
  • Charismatic leader with business entrepreneurial spirit and innovative vision
  • Dynamic personality with hands-on mentality and strong leadership qualities
  • Drive, energy, commitment, and positive mindset
  • International experience and strong intercultural skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to define, present and execute long-term oriented projects
  • Fluent in English and German

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe). We remunerate your performance with a minimum salary of 100,000.- Euro gross per year. We offer an overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
