Your Application Step-by-Step

  1. Follow the "Apply now" button at the bottom of the selected job post
  2. Enter your personal data into the online application form manually or import it from your CV, or your Xing or LinkedIn profile using the provided buttons
  3. Upload your complete application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae, all relevant certificates) in the attachments area; please be sure to use common file formats such as Word (doc, docx), PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF, and not to exceed the maximum size of 15 MB per document; please do not upload any password-protected PDF or Word documents
  4. We ask you to accept our data protection policy upon completion of your application
  5. Please make sure that you have included all relevant information before sending your application to us, as it cannot be edited by you after submission
  6. Submit your application using the “send” button at the bottom of the application form
  7. After successful submission you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt from the recruiting system

Our Selection Process

  1. We ask you for your patience as we carefully review all incoming applications and compare your qualifications with the relevant requirements of the position
  2. In case your profile fits better to another role we will offer to consider your application for the respective selection process instead
  3. If your profile matches our searched competencies, we are happy to invite you for a first interview in person, via Skype, or Phone; in this appointment you will meet an HR representative and your future manager to get to know each other, asses your personal competencies as well as your technical skills; also you will receive further information on the position and have the opportunity to ask any open questions
  4. If our mutual expectations match, we will invite you for further discussions with our managers and HR representatives to give you a comprehensive picture of the position and the respective goals and give us a good understanding of your competencies
  5. Upon completion of the interview process, the final selection will be made and we will provide you with personal feedback about the decision-making process
